Administratorem danych osobowych jest Dominika Matejko zameldowana przy ulicy Na Zjeździe 13/18, 30-527 Kraków, dostępna pod numerem telefonu Dane osobowe są wykorzystywane w celach wymienionych w art. 6 ust. 1 punkt c RODO, w tym w celu możliwości prowadzenia Kursu w formie zdalnej i konieczności kontaktu organizatora z Kursantami oraz prowadzenia księgowości.
Dane osobowe mogą zostać wykorzystane w przypadku roszczeń finansowych Organizatora w momencie niedokonania zapłaty za kurs przez Kursanta.
Dane są wykorzystywane w celu prowadzenia newslettera tj. marketingu mailowego skierowanego do Kursantów jak też przez osoby, które zapiszą się do Newslettera przez stronę internetową Dane osobowe są mogą być udostępnione przez Organizatora osobom wykonującym niezbędne usługi mające związane z Kursem tj. Firmy windykacyjne, pracownicy poczty czy kurierzy oraz osoby prowadzące księgowość, usługi prawne i doradcze.
Przechowywanie danych osobowych
1.Dane są przechowywane zgodnie z postanowieniami RODO.
2. Organizator zabezpiecza dostęp do danych osobowych przed osobami trzecimi.
3. Dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres niezbędny do przeprowadzenia roszczeń finansowych, księgowości lub do momentu wygaśnięcia obowiązku przechowywania danych na podstawie ustawy o rachunkowości.
Prawo kursanta do danych osobowych
Kursant oraz osoby korzystające z newslettera mają prawo do poprawy lub zmiany danych osobowych przez cały okres przechowywania danych przez administratora.
W celu zmiany danych osoby wymienione wyżej powinny skontaktować się z organizatorem drogą mailową lub telefoniczną. Osoby wymienione w punkcie mają prawo do żądania usunięcia danych oraz prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych.
